How Often Should I Change My Toothbrush?

You should replace your toothbrush every 3 to 4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush will not do a good job of cleaning your teeth.

Tip: Always replace your toothbrush after you've been sick (cold, flu, strep throat) to avoid reintroducing bacteria to your mouth.
